Online Sales Policies
• Payment : We prefer payment be made via PayPal. If you prefer you can also mail us a personal check or money order, but this may delay shipping (please see shipping policy below). The amount of payment will be the item price, plus any shipping and insurance charges (see shipping policy below). If you happen to live in San Diego, you may also arrange to pay for and pick up your item at our store (proper identification will be required).

• Shipping : Items will be shipped within three days after the payment process is complete (if you mail us a check or money order, your payment must first clear the bank). We usually charge a flat $5 fee for packing & shipping small items by US mail, and then add 1% of the item price for insurance. Other shipping arrangements may be negotiated upon your request (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.).

• Returns : We offer a 7 day return policy if the item is not as described or to your liking. Items must be returned in the same condition, and buyer pays for all shipping & insurance. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the item price. Before returning an item, customers must call or e-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Funds will be mailed (via U.S. mail) to the customer within 2 days after we receive the returned item.

• Ring sizing : Ring sizing is available, depending on the number of sizes to be changed. Please see our Jewelry Repair page to see sample sizing charges.
